Bakit hindi tinalakay ang Kapakanan ng Kalikasan?

Apat na oras ang ginawang pag uulat ng Pangulong Benigno Aguino III tungkol sa kanyang panunungkulan sa loob ng tatlong taon. Hindi naman ako diskontento, nakakalungkot lang na wala sa kanyang mga naiulat ang ikasisiya ng aking mithiin para sa bansang Pilipinas at sa kinabukasan ng aking mga anak. Ito ay ang kanyang paninnindigan tungkol sa Kapakanan ng Kalikasan .

Himayin  po natin.

Hindi tinalakay ang Kapakanan ng Kapaligiran sa dahilang ang lahat ng mamayan ay mamumulat sa kanilang pagkukulang sa pamahalaan. Nagbabayad ka man ng buwis o hindi, lahat ay walang ibang pagtutuunan ng sisi kundi mga sarili nila hindi lang ng Pangulo.

Ang batas sa tamang pagtatapon ng basura, araw araw mo ba itong nagagampanan?
Ang pagtatapon ayon sa pagsasama ng nabubulok at di nabubulok?
Naituro mo  ba ito sa mga anak mo?
